E. A.Wonderful dry cleaning service and very quick. I brought a white jumpsuit I had recently purchased from a charity shop that had marks on it, early the next morning the garment had been cleaned spotlessly. Shirley did a fantastic job at cleaning the garment and was incredibly kind and friendly, she was also happy to answer my questions about the dry cleaning service over the phone before I brought the item to be cleaned. Thank you Shirley and the rest of the team!

T. S.OMG I don't even know where to start. My dad passed away a couple of weeks ago and I had to urgently visit this store to both get his suit tidied up and a dress and heavy coat cleaned for the funeral, the Saturday before lockdown ended.
Steven had a queue out the door and across the car park (Not even kidding!) and was totally astounded that a dry cleaning shop could be so busy! I entered the shop and waited for another lady who Steven knew very well was served, and was so friendly and helpful and seemed concerned about both her mum and dog. Steven then served me where I explained what I needed and he was so helpful and understanding, and refused to take any money off me.
I am still totally shocked that he wouldnt let me pay a single penny for my cleaning, and insisted that I donated the cost of my cleaning towards Pancreatic Cancer, what my Dad had passed from. I wish we didn't have to be social distancing as I would drive from my house right now and give him the biggest cuddle.
The world needs more Steven's and I hope his customers are appreciating the service he provides. I'll be saving all my future dry cleaning and returning to your (Steven's?) shop in the future. Please pass on my sincere thanks to your Sandiacre shop.What a blessing to exist in the world today.

B. J.I happened upon this store last week with an extremely expensive dress, which another local cleaner had not been able to clean on time. Stephen was not only able to clean the dress same day, but also managed to remove the red wine stains I'd managed to spill down the front! Cannot recommend highly enough. Also, when collecting my dress, I noticed that this store now prints photos, and Stephen was extremely helpful talking me through the process!
A. C.Cleaned two suits in just over two hours and managed to remove bad ink stains, then helped print photos of my grandsons a week later, and very patient with one who suffers with Tourette’s. 10/10.
B. S.I don't usually write reviews, but had such wonderful service from this store last weekend, after another cleaner had almost ruined my favourite dress. The man working sorted my dress in less than five minutes, and wouldn't take a payment for doing the job. Highly recommended.
h. d.I was away from my home, due to a peril. Their service was impeccable, and the price was good, at that time, but then they tried to clean some slacks, but they couldn't get the stain out, so they said, but I did, by just putting them in soap Powder, and hot water, the stain miraculously disappeared, and two jackets one hand crochet, and a cotton jacket, were washed, instead of dry cleaned, they came back ruined. I put it down to staff, not looking at what they were about. But as a cleaner, for other clothes, I would trust them. They came back perfect. I shall be returning shortly.

K. S.Visited as was only local business that could clean an item same day. Called in advanced on a Saturday, and arrived later than had originally had advised during phone call, and was shocked to still be accommodated, receive a message when item completed and assistant even waited ten minutes after close on a Saturday evening!
Will definitely be travelling the extra ten miles in future for the fantastic service.
L. S.Dry cleaning service is good, as is parcel collection, but the chap who works here (Dec. 2020) offers such a fantastic level of customer service he deserves to be recognised by his employer

These guys go beyond dry cleaning, always service with a smile, nothing too much trouble , always welcoming you in to the store before opening times, I recently dropped off 6 items expecting a week wait, next day ok? Absolutely!
Always friendly and the banter 2nd to none, recognition means a lot. Well done guys , clearly a fun place to work
