I cannot rate Rachel at Excel Dry Cleaners highly enough!!! I needed a stain removing urgently from a brand new dress purchased for my sons wedding after a disastrous mishap, and Rachel saved the day. To say she went over and beyond to get the dress perfect for my special day is an absolute understatement!!! Rachel deserves a medal for her top rated customer service, her kindness and her incredible desire to ensure that her customers are 150% satisfied. Thank you Rachel, you are an incredible human! Excellent service for all of my suits, blazers and my good ladies ball dress, which has a lot of beads and sequins all over. Very professional clean service, highly recommend, all staff were very courteous. Good to find a service of good speciallity, truly upping the game, well done!!!!

Rachel, Kevin, Lily and the team have been doing my dry cleaning for over six years now. They are friendly, helpful and go above and beyond to get your clothes back to you in superb condition and quicker than others in the area. They now do carpet cleaning machines for hire and they are fantastic. 5* service and I wouldn't go anywhere else.

The lovely lady provided me with some bias binding so I could do some alterations at home. It was in the middle of lockdown, so I couldn't buy this anywhere and she brought her own stock of tapes from home. Wonderful service.

I urgently needed my gown ironed for my matriculation and so stopped by Excel Dry Cleaners. I asked them could get it ironed - to collect at the end of the day. I was instead offered for my gown to be ironed immediately! Waited for about 5 mins and it's all done. What a pleasant surprise and absolutely top quality customer service! Highly recommend it to anyone at all! Thank you for sorting out my mares of trying to sort out the creases (literally!) on my newly bought gown. It was nice having one of only few ironed gowns on matriculation day.

Nothing is too much trouble for this great team of people. Customer focused, helpful, professional and reasonably priced.They make a consistent job of cleaning and pressing. Excel = Excellent friendly service and good quality affordable repair - I had tried to get a sports jacket repaired at two other places and both said they would struggle to do it - The gentleman behind the counter took just one look and said yes no problem it will be done by Friday. When inspecting the jacket after picking it up the repair was very hard to see and the bill was very reasonable . Thanks Again

I've been regularly using dry cleaners in Berkeley, New York City, London, Edinburgh, and Dublin for over 40 years and have grown pretty jaded. Some offer flexible service for a high price and some don't offer any flexibility at all. Excel is in a class of its own. It's as though I'd been staying at Holiday Inns all my life and suddenly checked into a Ritz Carlton (without Ritz prices). I arrived in Oxford late Friday night with a suitcase full of clothes in need of cleaning. I had important business meetings first thing on Monday morning and found I had a hotel with no laundry or dry cleaning service on the weekend. I tried five services. None could complete the job until Tuesday. Finally, I spoke to Rachel on the phone at Excel. "We usually don't do laundry, just dry cleaning, but I will take care of it all for you today. How soon can you stop by?" I was so delighted I couldn't believe it and forgot to ask about the surcharge, which would have been normal in New York. I raced over. Rachel and the team were incredibly friendly. She took the clothes and all my fussy instructions with grace and promised it would all be done by the afternoon. It was. The pressing was absolutely perfect. The folding and packaging superb. She did not charge a penny extra. I had to beg her to take some money for a glass of wine. Rachel went the extra mile and gave me legendary service. The people of Oxford are lucky in many ways; Excel Dry Cleaners is one of them.

I needed a tie ironed and they did it within 5 minutes at no charge. I have heard fantastic things about their service from other Ox students as well. I highly recommend them. PLEASE NOTE THAT THE ADDRESS HERE IS INCORRECT: You need to go past the Oxam house and its beside Marks and Spencer's on the opposite side of the road...so once you get to OXAM house keep walking and look across the street...its hard to miss.
