It was a pleasure to work with Richard, the owner. He promptly returned my call to schedule an appointment, was very polite and flexible with offering various time slots. Extremely punctual as well, which is a rarity these days. Lewis, the carpet technician, was a joy to work with. Very knowledgeable about carpet fibres and chemistry of shampoos , he was able to explain what would be the best treatment for my rugs. He cleaned and vacuumed quickly and the result was fantastic . In addition, he's got a great sense of humour, always a plus . Will definitely book again, for a Xmas cleaning !

Easy to arrange in advance. Lewis arrived punctually and worked very efficiently and effectively to leave my carpets clean in a relatively short time. He was honest about any stains he coudn't remove. He was also careful with furniture and objects around the place and left everything neat and tidy when he'd finished. Great job.

Excellent experience! Had a very polite gentlemen come round and clean our house carpets in Marston. Was amazed at the results over the work and how quick it was done. Was able to book me in for the next day as I wanted to surprise my parents before they get back from holiday. Best of all the carpet was dry within a couple of hours and left a nice fresh smell.

So impressed with the professionalism and quality of workmanship of this company, Grimebusters. Contacted them two days ago, and their representative Lewis arrived on time today and did an amazing job. He took great care with precautions due to corona virus and was such a friendly and professional chap. He first hoovered very thoroughly and then cleaned the carpets that were in places filthy, so much better than I expected. Left the carpets in the rooms looking amazing. Arrived exactly when they said they would. Brilliant job on our beloved aged rather moth-eaten rug. Stair carpets look like new and dining chairs back to their original colour. Price very reasonable especially compared to the big franchises. Would definitely recommend.

We had a number of marks on the carpets which I didn't think they would be able to remove but all have been removed. The carpets look like new.
