I had a fantastic experience at the Oxford Johnson’s. I received incredibly professional service from Brother Paulinus. He was very communicative and helpful. I was able to put my order through and he answered all of my questions. The service was very prompt and incredibly well done.

I have recently took my winter coat to be cleaned as I wanted to refresh before cold weather will come. I was so happy with the results. Nice and professional cleaned. The manager of this shop is so helpful and professional. Such a great positive attitude and best service I have received. I also find out that this shop apart from laundry, ironing and dry cleaning, they do also repairs& alterations, rug and carpet clean, watch repairs service, key cutting, photo printing. Everything which is great. Will definitely come back. Will highly recommend this shop.

Johnsons did a cracking job for me. After reading half a dozen my-£1200-trench-was-ruined-forever internet horror stories it was with great trepidation that i dropped off my much-loved Burberry Trench coat, made from a waterproof woven gaberdine material which was covered in bike oil splodges and brunette-tinted dry shampoo stains (lets just say the coat is far more sophisticated than the owner). The service isn’t overly friendly, but they seemed very knowledgeable - they advised i remove any trimmings with leather bits like the collar, cuffs and belt. I think they could tell i was feeling a bit neurotic about it all because the chap said "we'll do our best with it madam" which was quite reassuring, i’ll take knowledgeable professional over "friendly" any day. I dropped it off on Tuesday afternoon and picked it up on Saturday morning - absolutely spotless and pristine and all for £16.50. I would definitely recommend Johnson's services for cleaning trench coats.

Yesterday been served by paul he was very helpful and gave good advice for Rug doctor. When returning the carpet cleaner Mark was extremely helpful with sorting out the paperwork and allowing me to come bit later than my return booking time. Will come again. Brilliant service Mark is legendary and top man. Thanks

When staffed properly they can be a really good fast service. I’ve been once on a Friday afternoon and they had left early. Another time there was a person covering who couldn’t dry clean.

I had a coat dry cleaned here which I was happy with. I also got the hem of my dress put up. There is no change room so you cannot try the dress on in front of the dress maker which is annoying. I just had to guess and tell her how many cms I wanted off the hem. She did the hem in half a day and charged me about 14-15 pounds which is very reasonable. Overall I was happy with the service. The only issue I had was that I showed them my student ID when I came to pick up my items and not initially. They initially refused to give me the student discount. I had to argue with them for a while before they would give me the discount. Otherwise, I was happy and would come back here.

The gentleman that I spoke to, Jamie, was incredibly friendly and accommodating, even having my dry cleaning done for me extra quickly because I had an event on the following day. I had a two piece suit dry cleaned and it came out perfectly. I would recommend this Johnson branch to anyone.
