M. M.They are polite and friendly, and provide quality cleaning. I went to get my wool coat cleaned and they took the time to explain how their cleaning process works and what services they provide.
K. B.I took in a wool coat that had been involved in an altercation with a bicycle, and I thought was probably ruined. Despite managing expectations initially they performed a miracle, and the coat is now nearly perfect, like new. They carefully cleaned by hand before dry cleaning, and the service was VERY well priced. Genuinely amazed and impressed with the excellent service. Definitely recommend!

As soon as you walk in you can guess that they care about your clothes & are professional because they are the ones cleaning it themselves rather than sending off-site as many places do theses days. Also improved my partner's evening dress dramatically as there were numerous stains on it.

Managed to improve most of the stains on my delicate dresses although they did warn me of some possible risks beforehand which I think showed professionalism. Small independent places like these need more support. Keep up the good work.

He told me that the person who I gave the suit to the day before had over charged me and he gave me back a pound and change! Customer service like that is a rare find.

They can do a quick turnaround or cheaper collect-in-a-week deals. Unfazed by more unusual items or fabrics.
They always make a point of showing you the item before you leave and will ring you if you forget to pick it up!
