Thank you for making carpet that hadn't been cleaned in over 25 years look nearly new again! Tough stains came out, high traffic pathways through the house don't need the throw rugs anymore. I appreciated you returning my phone calls promptly, for showing up on time and for providing treatment options and were priced great. Rob knew I was expecting and wanted to clean my carpets before the rather imminent arrival. He booked me in right away and did a fantastic job. He freshened them up and gave great advice on how to maintain them. The carpets dried very quickly considering its winter. And they smelt very fresh. I’m not one to review much, but when I have exceptional service, I believe it's right to do so. Rob’s professionalism is truly outstanding. We booked him to clean the carpets on a hall landing / set of stairs and then a bedroom above an annex, that had a particularly damaged carpet. On viewing the carpets, it became very apparent of his extensive knowledge and was very honest of what we would expect from the clean, especially the carpet in the annex. His consideration to my wife’s pregnancy was much appreciated too, where he informed us of the whole cleaning process. Really nice guy, very professional, efficient, quick. Answered all of our questions. Even took two rugs back to his workshop when there were questions about the exact material and he didn't want to do any damage to them. Brought them back cleaned and dried the next day. Left us with complimentary cleaner and explained how to treat future stains. Definitely the best carpet cleaner I've come across. He was sent by our property management which oversees hundreds of properties and he's their go-to guy, which says a lot!
