Purchased a new rug at a considerably discounted price that had been in a showroom for some time. It was dirty and had some stains. What a result! These before and after photos show how all stains have been removed and how much brighter the colours are once the dirt had been removed. I had my rug cleaned by Lenny at Peterborough Carpet Cleaners. I had considered renting a wet and dry cleaner but my mother in law had done this previously and doesn't do a very good job so decided on getting someone in. As my rug is on a laminate floor it tends to collect a lot of dirt and was starting to look very grubby. Lenny recommended that he took the rug away so that it could be cleaned and dried thoroughly. I got the rug back after 3 days, it is a thick wool rug so took a while to dry out properly. It now looks like new, it wasn't badly stained so the stains that were there came out. The best part is that the rug now smells much nicer. Hopefully it will stay that way for a while but when it needs cleaning again I will certainly use Lenny's company again. Very thorough as he could have just cleaned it in the house but took it away to do a proper job.
