I've had to use Ace Domestics for dishwasher repair a few times over the last few years (different dishwashers every time!) and each time they've been professional, friendly, and great value. The issues were explained fully to me, and they solved the issues each time speedily and with no hidden costs. I'd like to give particular shoutout to Stephan - he's always been a friendly face and goes above and beyond to make sure my situation is sorted. Highly recommend them, in fact I don't think I'd use anyone else in the Plymouth area for this sort of job!

Telephoned ACE Domestics Plymouth re my dishwasher not working. I was advised of a number of dates that they were able to call and as they had a morning one available on the same day I confirmed that one. The fitter arrived at 11.30 was very friendly took a look at the dishwasher and proceeded to identify the fault. His experience gave him a head start and within minutes had diagnosed the problem repaired the dishwasher and started the dishwashing cycle. The cost was the agreed call out charge which I felt was very reasonable. The job was completed with minimal disruption and you would not have known he had been here.
