I had plenty of pet stains and also a felt tip pen stain which have physically vanished! Very pleased with their work. Proprietor Nick arrived on time, was friendly & courteous and carried out the job (lounge & dining room carpets) without fuss. Excellent value for money and carpets look like new again. Everything was dry and smelling fresh within a couple of hours. We have had carpet cleaning done in the past and was disappointed with the result but not this time, Nick obviously knows his trade and won't leave until your completely happy. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company to anyone and will definitely be using again soon on our car upholstery as apparently he does this too ! Thanks Nitro for a great job well done ! 😁👏
