Hero's came today to clean my stair carpet and a large rug. Every step of the cleaning process was explained to me and the carpets came up beautifully. I would certainly recommend them and use them again. If I could award ten star service, I would!!

Amazing service from Asif at Hero’s. We had a disaster got a cat recently and she decided to pee all over our shaggy rug. We attacked it ourselves only to make it worse. Had to call in hero’s to be our hero and honestly amazing job customer service was outstanding and did more for other areas of our actual carpet that could of been affected only to realise that needed a clean too!!! Asif did the carpet extra and sorted us out a deal and we will be calling him back as soon as to do the rest of the house!!

Amazing friendly people, explained the full process, genuinely the best in the area explaining how they neutralise the chemicals leaving carpets at PH 7 so they stay cleaner for longer, impressive machinery and very reasonably priced. My carpets look brand new. 5* big thanks to billy & joseph top lads.

I used hero’s carpets for my 3 bedroom house and I recommend this company highly! They did a great job on my carpets and they look really clean and look new again. I am very happy with how professional the whole experience was. Once again I’d really recommend this company!

Amazing service! Very professional and friendly staff.Couldn't believe how fast (approx. 1.5hrs) our carpets were cleaned and to such an amazing standard! We had stairs, landing and 4 bedrooms done and the carpets look and smell brand new now! I would definitely recommend.

Called several companies and some came to have a look but refused the work or weren't willing to do the work on my axminister carpets. Called Jazzy and he showed up, gave me a quote and I was happy with it. Not the cheapest but he does a fantastic job. Everything nice and clean again.
