Absolutely fantastic service and finish from Dennis and his Magic Cleaning Company. Cannot recommend highly enough, wouldn't use any other cleaning company. He worked so hard to bring my carpets back to life and the results were amazing. He also gave great advice on aftercare and also provided an extra service, fixing and making our carpets like when they were originally fitted. One happy customer! Thanks again

The keys were collected on time and regular updates provided throughout the day as to the progress of the job. He brought the floors of an ex rental property back to life. Thank you!

Excellent service! After researching, I hired The Magic Carpet Cleaning Guy to clean my property (a few of rooms each month to spread the cost). Den's swift arrival, process and final result were outstanding. Booking was easy, and customer care service was helpful, sincere, and professional. Den was courteous, professional, and helpful. Fantastic value for money and excellent service! Definitely a 5 star rating from me. Den was soo professional. He responded quickly with a quote to cover the service. He messaged me the day before to advise time he would be coming and arrived on time. He explained everything to me, took as much information from me as possible to understand the type of clean required and even threw in an extra treatment in case my pets had fouled any part of the carpet which Is massively appreciated. Having carried out work at our Hotel the carpets got filthy and we were going to rip them up and have new carpets laid , we called magic carpet guy round to give us his professional opinion on whether the carpets would clean up or were past saving . I can thoroughly recommend the magic carpet cleaning guy. He arrived on time, very smart and presentable. He has clearly put a lot of effort into setting up his business. I only wanted some pet stains dealing with but he cleaned my lounge carpet with a product with anti bacterial properties and layed down a deodorizer spray. He even left a bottle behind in case my puppy had another mishap. What a true gent. Thank you so much. I will definitely book him again.
