T. C.I have used this service for a few years now, on a regular fortnightly basis. Blue Bear provide a friendly, professional, high quality and reliable service at a very reasonable price. The company charge by weight and not by item, which, I believe, provides good value for their customers. The pick up/delivery service is really great and is always within the time slot agreed. I have also found the company to be flexible and accommodating when I request to change of date.
A. M.I have used Blue Bear Ironing for about 5 years. I have found them to be really professional and this service has been a godsend when I've been really busy at work. Return of ironing is mostly the following day, very occasionally an extra day, and they are pretty quick to collect as well. Really nice people, and very hard working and very reliable - the ironing is always returned when they say it will be.
M. R.Blue Bear are brilliant - I use them whenever my ironing pile gets out of hand and have been a customer for several years. They are very responsive to email requests and generally pick up the same day, delivering back 24 hours later. Always a good standard.
