The operator Keith arrived exactly on time. He went to work straight away carefully protecting furniture that could not be moved as he cleaned our three piece suite, all our fitted carpets and a large rug. The results were excellent with all items clean and revived. I have no hesitation in recommending this company and would certainly use them again in the future.

We recently had the whole house carpets shampooed. The results were so good that we hhave now decided that none need to be replaced before we put our house on the market...stunning results, money saving outcome. Just one man arrived, who was clearly very experienced with the different kinds of wear, and tear.. He arrived punctually at 8am, and worked his way through the house, moving furniture as he went, having already explained that we did not need to do this in advance. The cleaning machine had a low pitched soft sound, so was hardly noticable and did not impact at all. I give them five stars, and will definitely recommend this business to all. They are the BEST.

This is the second time I've used Carpet & Fabric Care and I'm very happy that I did. Their prices are good, they turn up on time and get on and get the job done... really well. We inherited old carpets in our new home and they were in a terrible state (actually, embarrassing), from years of wear, marks and stains. As we have to live with them until we redecorate, I thought I would get them cleaned to get the worst marks out. After having my sitting room carpet cleaned today, it honestly looks brand new, with not a mark on it. I knew Carpet & Fabric would do a good job, but I didn't think they would get every stain out of a cream wool carpet that had probably been down for at least 10 years! The owner is polite, friendly and good with my dogs. He runs everything from his van and was cleaning my carpets within a couple of minutes of turning up. Years ago, I rented a Rug Doctor and cleaned my carpets myself and it was slow, back-aching work and the results were nowhere near as good as the results today. I opened the door at 10am, and Keith cleaned 3 lots of carpets (including stairs) and was gone by noon and I can walk on the carpets immediately (with clean shoes, of course). I cannot recommend this company highly enough.

Excellent service and a very reasonable price. Keith is exceptionally knowledgeable and professional and obviously takes great pride in his work. To my shame my sofas had not been cleaned for a number of years and I have 2 dogs who think it is their right to lay on them but the sofas now look brand new. I wouldn't hesitate to use this company again and would high recommend it to anyone looking for an upholstery cleaning company.

I can't speak highly enough about the service I received from Keith and how great the carpets looked after he had worked on them. This is the 3rd time we've used this company and once again we are very pleased with the results. I would definitely recommend. One of our sofa's had some terrible stains we couldn't get out ourselves and we've been amazed by the results. The cost was very reasonable and great value.

We have used them for nine years and I consider them miracle workers. We have beige carpet on two floors that cannot avoid getting dirty. We also had a lovely Labrador who, as she aged, was frequently incontinent and also vomited a lot. And, my children have had parties where red wine has been spilled and no one was sober enough to notice until Dad woke up the next morning. I have become very good at cleaning up instant messes, but over time the carpet inevitably looks like a war zone. After these guys are through, however, it looks like the carpet is brand new, every time. Really, I am shocked at how remarkable is the transformation -- spots I thought would never come out are completely gone, and everything looks fresh and so much cleaner! They are careful, friendly, efficient, reliable, very good value and really know what they're doing. They have advised me on how to take out particular stains when I've called them on the phone. They are artists of carpet cleaning and it is a pleasure to work with them.

I booked work with Keith from Carpet & Fabric Care and arranged them to clean some very muddy carpets, and (long overdue) upholstery which I had considered replacing. The end result far outweighed my expectations. The service, the professionalism and the price was fantastic and I would highly recommend you give these guys a call before trying anyone else. The cleaner arrived on time and quickly started work on the carpet. He cleaned the landing, stairs and hallway and only hesitated when i gave him a cup of tea! He did a wonderful job, our carpets have taken quite a beating over the past year with building work surrounding them but now they look like new. We were amazed at the price quoted by Keith the owner....£84.00 including v.a.t.! Amazing and we shall be back for the next lot of carpets!!

I have been so impressed with the improvements to our carpets following a visit from Carpet and Fabric Care. When we moved into the house, the carpets were cleaned by a company that does a wide variety of maintenance and cleaning, but there were still many ‘draught’ marks and other marks on the carpet. I was very disappointed as the cream carpets looked dirty and uncared for. I spoke with Keith who was friendly, helpful and explained what could be done. Following a couple of hours of hard work by Robert, I could not believe the difference – most of the marks were gone and those that were not completely gone are much, much less visible now. This has really made the difference between us replacing carpets in some rooms and not needing to do so for many years to come – a very small outlay compared to the cost of a new carpet.

Many years ago I was professionally involved with the supply and maintenance of soft floor coverings in corporate environments. Today my concern is limited to the carpets in my home - no less important! Rather unwisely (in my opinion) my wife chose light coloured cream carpet so any spills or marks show.
