I've been using this company for 9 years. Absolutely fabulous service! All staff I have met are polite and always have a smile on their face. They're never afraid to have a laugh. In the extremely rare event that their too busy to give their guaranteed 24hr turnaround the owner herself calls and ASKS if it's okay and will go out of her way to personally ensure I get it when I originally expected if needed.

We have just been visited by the owner of this business. This is not unusual when new collection staff are involved. We have always had good service from this business. If (unusually) next day service cannot be provided, the owner will always personally call to apologise - even if you had called late in the day, and had said you realised this might not be possible. Not many owners care this much about their customers.
