Claire and Chris are lovely. They were really respectful to my property and my cats and dog. The communication I’ve had with them has been prompt, professional and effective. They arrived on time in a sign written van and they parked considerately. My carpets look and smell amazing and now you can’t tell I’ve got animals! I’ve already recommended them to both my sister and my friend. I’ll definitely be using Botley Carpet Cleaners again. Thank you for doing such a fantastic job.

We had a great experience with this company. They even came to Salisbury from Southampton over the weekend to get our carpet cleaned. Such a nice and lovely couple! They cleaned our wine stained carpet quickly without any residual stains, moved the furniture around to clean everything and left our carpet spotless. Fair price and great communication. We use Chris on a regular basis to keep the office, stairs and landing carpets as clean as we can, quite a large area. This time Chris worked miracles on our office carpet that had been subjected to a water leak in area of heavy footfall. Instead of having to replace the carpet completely as we had anticipated it now looks as good and as clean as the other uncontaminated areas.
