Excellent service from the guy working when I visited in helping me with machines. He even topped up the time as I had run out of coins for the drying machine to make sure the washing was dryer before I left. I would definitely recommend this place.

Best launderette in Southampton .5* customer interaction. Easy to understand machinery. At such reasonable prices. Staff makes you welcomed and excellent Fast service. We walked up from the Grand Harbor Hotel, a good 40 min. walk each way but not difficult. Excellent service, soap powder available, wash and dry easy. Manager was wonderfully helpful.

Located in a handy spot upper shirley/Atherley area. Lots of machines so doesn't get overly busy. Fabric conditioner and detergent available on site thru a dispenser machine. Takes coins not notes. I went to the shop nearby to get change but during the day when the staff are there they hoped change behind the counter. They will take on garments for washing that take abit more than a machine wash such as suits etc. Enquire about the price within as its different for each piece

I had a blanket that needed washing. I hadn't been in a launderette since 1990 or thereabouts. Well I chose the right one here. What a helpful man. He got me change. Like a dilly I didn't think to bring washing powder. He sorted that. I had to go to North Baddesley. He kept an eye on my blanket for me. We loaded it in the tumbler and it tumbled while I went to Lidls. Then I saw that they were agents for a dry cleaners. I came back with my curtains and they came back looking like new. I fell on my feet there.

I take duvets and bedspreads that are too large for my machine as well as my ironing. This comes back beautifully pressed. Very friendly and Reliable

Clean facilities and good machines that did their job well and didn't eat my clothes. I'm probably hopelessly outdated on how much these things cost, but the prices stung a little and you need to be sure to have change with you when the counter is closed.

Opening hours and coins range for machines are alright, bit a bit pricey comparing to other places. Service not that great either.
