A professional, 5 star clean and service. Charles was more than helpful and willing to go the extra mile to do a great job for us on our carpets. After buying ourselves a carpet cleaner to clean up some traffic area stains out of our carpet, it went horribly wrong, and soaked the living room carpet, leaving a musty smell. Charles rectified this, treated it and cleaned our whole house, carpet is now like new and he did it at a great price too! Definitely recommend! Thank you Charles

I needed a deep carpet clean done on my 1 bed apartment, shortly after moving in. There had been a pungent and stubborn smell hanging specifically in my storage room, as well as in the carpet throughout the apartment in general. It had not been cleaned in years, so I couldn't feel at home. Charles came by and did an excellent, thorough job treating and deep cleaning the entirety of my carpet. He was friendly and informative, and did a meticulous job start to finish. Charles was also punctual and professional in his demeanour, giving great advice and offering to show me the years of filth that had been sitting in the carpet after the clean was finished. I would highly recommend Charles' service to anyone interested in a professional carpet or upholstery clean, because you can be sure you'll recieve a flawless service. Thanks Charles!

Very reliable, did an excellent job and was very thorough. I liked that Charles put sliders under the feet of my sofa and chair to make it easier for me to move and that he also left a bottle of solution for me to use for any future spills. He came back to check on the work 2 days later and went over a patchy bit on my sofa (it had been quite badly marked) and it now looks a lot better. I can highly recommend.

Very quick and thorough end of tenancy clean. They came on the same day to give a quote, and were available to clean in the next 2 days. I had an averaged size 2-bedroom apartment which was made immaculate from a team of 2 who spent just over 3 hours cleaning top to bottom.
