We have just had our carpets cleaned by these guys. They are so clean it’s amazing. We’ve used the same guy for 15 years and his machine broke so I’ve had to find another carpet cleaning company, I’m actually so glad we did as Craig & Amy have done a far superior job. Thrilled to bits.

Craig was recommended to me by my neighbours niece and within a few days of making contact I had a quote and an appointment for the following week. I had enquired the services of Craig’s company as my husband had spilt black tea on our new wool living room carpet. Because I had previously treated the stain with vanish, Craig explained the task might be quite difficult; however after 2 hours of intense work, he managed to successfully remove the stain and clean the rest of the carpet. I would also like to say what a friendly, pleasant and professional young man he is and a credit to the firm. He has also given me the benefit of ongoing professional advice for future emergencies. I thought my carpets were only fit for the tip as they were heavily stained by my mucky dogs, I made the mistake of going for the cheapest quote and initially used another local carpet cleaning company who failed miserably to make any improvement whatsoever. I decided to call Craig after seeing his many 5 star reviews and I am so pleased that I did, all I can say is what an amazing transformation he has made to my carpets. I don't usually write reviews but I made an exception in the case of under the rug floor care. This is a relatively new company and I cannot recommend them highly enough. Craig showed immense knowledge of the problems associated with cleaning hand made carpets and much care was taken over the cleaning of our precious rugs. Craig was extremely professional and courteous, we will definitely use him again for our laid carpets in the near future.

Under the Rug Floor Care were recommended to us after we had used the services of another carpet cleaning company which had unfortunately left our carpets in a terrible state. Craig came to visit us at very short notice and initially advised us to contact our household contents insurers and he was more than happy to assist us with this procedure. He provided a professional and extremely detailed report to our insurers who then decided to ask Craig if he could attempt to rectify the damage done to our carpets. It was so encouraging to see that Craig was more than up for the challenge, he was very reassuring and went into great detail in explaining the process he intended to take to clean the carpets and his in-depth knowledge of this line of work was plain to see. WOW.....the final result was amazing, myself and my wife are now so relieved and stress free!!!! Craig even offered us some great advice for the continued care of our carpets. In short, an excellent service from a genuinely nice guy (which is a rarity these days). I sincerely wish Craig the very best success with his business – he thoroughly deserves it.

Our house had been up for sale on the market for several months with no joy so we decided to use under the rug floor care to clean our carpets throughout. What can I say that will adequately put into words how good Craig is! If you are searching for a soft furnishings cleaner, stop!! Just hire Craig and his partner now, going the extra mile is not what these guys do - they go the extra hundred at least. I can honestly say that I have never been more happy with a contractor of ANY type I have requested the service of. Not only is their work to the highest standard, but the loveliest people who care about their work and your satisfaction. I would write so much more if I could, but all I can say is call them - now. From beginning to end, a pure pleasure. As a result of the fantastic service, my house was sold within a week of the carpets being cleaned, I couldn't be happier.

We’ve had the £99 carpet cleaners in before and were always a little disappointed with the end result. This time couldn’t be more different, any stain or hint of one was identified and eradicated and the carpets were dry to touch when they had finished. Fantastic service, if you want to get rid of marks/stains then get Craig in, if you just want to pay £99 for some wet carpets, go elsewhere. I will definitely use these guys again and again!

It was a pleasure to have someone so polite in the house, as an OAP who is very cautious and unduly curious it felt great that Craig could answer all my questions and explained everything he was doing in terms I could understand. Craig is such an expert, he understands the nature of carpet, the fabric, the weave, the type of dirt and what cleaning solutions best to use for them. I can't recommend Craig and Amy enough, I had an absolute nightmare of a day with paint all over my living room carpet, I found them on Facebook and called them up in a panic, Craig put me at ease and even took a break from the job he was doing to advise me on what procedures I should take before he could visit. Fantastic results, a nice guy and excellent all round service.
