Cannot praise Michael highly enough. Stairway carpets laid 23 years ago. Five and a half years of this time was the mess caused by my 6 year old German shepherd running up and down the stairs. I thought they were beyond cleaning but OMG it is now looking like it was when it was first laid. So pleased as I had just had a quote of £700 to replace it.. Polite, friendly and totally professional serve ❤️

Really happy with service we got from steam genie. Me and partner had them in to clean our rental property before moving out. Very responsive to our messages and accomadating. Lovely guys too. Above all they done a top job on all the carpets throughout the house, the landlady and I were all really pleased with results. Would happy recomend them to anyone

All I can say is excellent service was able to arrive a few days in advance to booking my sofa looks brand new able to get chewing gum/stains out and I also had my rug cleaned it looks amazing can not wait to have my carpets cleaned in the next month in time for my baby to arrive. Did a fantastic job cleaning my carpets, which had been affected by damp, over the years. The carpets now look and smell great! Great to work with from start to finish - good communication beforehand, arrived on time, very professional whilst working, helped me move my furniture, paid attention to detail.
