Had really bad stains on my sofa and have been covering with a throw for 4 years thinking nobody would get it out (I’d scrubbed with all types of cleaners) then a friend recommended Ronnie. He quoted over the phone and was confident in getting them out after I sent over some photos, so i bit the bullet and booked them in. Bill came. He was friendly and got the stains out so I can bin the throw! Wish I’d done this 4 years ago!! Super happy , they look new! Only negative is the room smelt a bit for 24 hours after but that went. Worth it for the results!

Absolutely exceptional service, the carpet looks like new so fluffy and clean. Stains gone and smells incredible. If you are thinking about buying a new carpet don't, give these guys a call first you will be surprised how good your old carpet can look. Couldn't recommend highly enough.

Amazing! 4 year old carpets look like new after a few puppy accidents! Had them cleaned by another company before and although they were cheaper than Green 4 there is no comparison in the clean. Only problem is ….. I will have to get them back to clean the bedroom carpets that I thought looked ok !!!

Very warm welcome when I made my first phonecall to them. Ronnie was VERY helpful, nothing was too much trouble, and explained everything. Bill came to do actual job of cleaning my 3-peice suite...Trustworthy, friendly, efficient and thorough. I contacted Ronnie at Green 4 Carpets before we were hit by the lock down and after giving my requirements agreed on a fair price. 4 months later i did not expect to still have the same quote honored but it was. Ronnie and his team were on time got the job done in the timescales agreed, and we very personal and friendly. Make no mistake you will pay a bit more using green 4 carpets cleaning service, but the truth is you get what you paid for. The machinery used was world-class and the results are excellent as you can see from the pic. Honest, trustworthy and professional what more do you want from any service.

After an accident with the pets on the carpet, we called Green 4 Carpet and they were able to come out the same day. Bill did a wonderful job completely removing the stain from the cream carpet. We also asked to have two cream sofas cleaned which now look brand new. Bill was meticulous and took his time to make sure every inch of the sofas were clean. Very, very pleased with the services provided by this company. Not too proud to say that the carpet was a big dirty mess! It's been an accumulation of dirt from a dog plus 6 of us in our family. The carpet is unrecognisable...! Ronnie, the polite gentleman that came and do the job, explained clearly what were my option and costs, which I found very reasonable, having had a look around the Internet first. So yes, overall very happy with final result . Will use again if needed and definitely refer to friends in the future.

The dog was sick on the off white carpet in one of the bedrooms! I took what emergency action I could but inevitably it left a stain. Green 4 Cleaning couldn't come straight away but gave some useful 'holding' advice until they could get to me. After their professional attentions the stains were barely visible. In fact, if you don't know where to look, they are invisible. Amazing!

I was looking for a company to deep clean a carpet and material bed to help get rid of the smell of cat urine and this company was brilliant. From the moment I contacted them they were nothing but professional and very knowledgeable and able to advise me on the best course of action. I was able to get booked in within the week and on the day they arrived promptly and I really appreciated the extra care they took in social distancing and use of PPE when entering my property. The quote process was very reassuring and they made sure I was happy with everything before going ahead. They took care in the process and even went the extra mile and didn’t use their fragrant scents that aren’t as suitable for pets and pregnant ladies. The room smells so much better and overall I am extremely happy with it and the price of the service as it was extremely reasonable. I will definitely be using them again in the future for my carpet and upholstery cleaning needs and would recommend to anyone.

Just had the stair carpet cleaned as it had started to smell a bit doggy. We attempted to refresh ourselves some weeks ago with a vax, but it made the problem worse. Now our carpets look and smell amazing. We would not use anyone else as the guys were not only great, but the level of service was so high. Spoke to Ronnie following a small spill on second floor bedroom carpet at my home in Newbury. The team attended on time and after assessing the spill, did an absolutely fantastic job of removing the stain like it was never there. Ronnie was very informative of the process that he was undertaking and how the stain will have been affected by my previous attempts to remove. Once he worked his magic on the carpet, it was completely removed. Furthermore, the spill was on a relatively new carpet and I was worried there might be signs that it had been cleaned but thankfully no trace at all that an area has been cleaned. Thoroughly recommend the guys at Green 4 Carpet cleaning. We agreed on a price over the phone which was honoured on the visit. Will absolutely use again.

I am so pleased with the amazing job on my cream wool carpets. The result is fantastic... like brand new even on areas of heavy tread ... I wish I’d contacted you before attempting myself with endless bottles of shop bought products! They should be known as miracle workers I wish I took before pictures, we didn't give them an easy job that is for sure, cream carpet that has had alot of traffic, dogs cats etc and after they have worked their magic today it looks like new!
