Lizzie was extremely professional throughout the whole process (this is a rare occurrence in my experience). I left it late to get my carpets cleaned before Christmas. Lizzie was super responsive and was able to squeeze me in with short notice. She worked around other work I was having done in the house and also me working from home and took it all in her stride. I would highly recommend and will be using Zero Dry Time again.

Lizzie and her technician Max did an excellent job of cleaning our ceramic flooring and bringing it back to life again. It’s a really high traffic area and finally the grout is white again! Lizzie’s customer service is second to none, sorting out a small issue for us within 24hrs and with true professionalism. She clearly cares about how well the job is done. I couldn’t recommend her more highly and her COVID safety precautions were spot on.

This was truly a 5Star service from Lizzie and Zero Dry Time. The initial communication was clear, professional and prompt, the overall service was first class and I thought it was great value. I’d never tried dry carpet cleaning before so was a little sceptical about the benefit but am now a complete convert and advocate for Zero Dry Time as the outcome was fantastic. My old carpet is a million times better, some old marks have vanished and she removed an embarrassing amount of dust/dirt from the carpet. I’m definitely going to make this part of a regular deep clean routine in my home. Big thanks to Lizzie!!

Lizzie and her co-worker arrived on time, she explained to me what they were going to do including that they moved all the furniture. The carpet was cleaned so well it’s like walking on new carpet. Lizzie came along today and cleaned our hall, stairs and landing carpets. What a great job by a very personable young lady (my dog took to her straight away!). What I and my wife particularly liked was the fact that there was no strong chemical smell either during or after cleaning and the carpet was OK to walk on as soon as she'd finished. We're very pleased with both the service and the result. Highly recommended.

We would highly recommend. We have a small three bedroom semi-detached property and the carpets now look lovely and clean, especially the hallways! Max was very friendly and polite.
