g. p.Good Morning Mark LIoyd, I'm sorry you had a bad experience with us, the lady that served you was fairly new and I wasn't there that day, It's always difficult for us if people have misplaced there tickets or lost them, we make certain checks as we do not want to give out customers garments to the wrong person as you would appreciate, Customers assume we can remember every item that belongs to an Individual person, but as you'll appreciate that we process several thousand garments each week, We just simply ask that customers are responsible keep there tickets safe as this ensures that you will have a better experience, but please appreciate certain checks are needed to ensure we give you the right garments. However I do accept the response from our new member of staff was an over reaction, the fact you have been using us for a number of years I am disappointed that you didn't talk to me as I'm sure this matter would have been resolved. regards Graham Owner of Chelsea's of Shropshire

V.I took my leather coat in to see if it could be cleaned, to be honest I'd brought from a second hand shop but I knew it would be an expensive not like some of the cheap ones you get today, The owner had come out to look at it and said he would re tint the leather finish for me. I was chuffed to bits when I picked it up as it looked like I'd just brought it brand new from the shops! Well done guys! been having my cleaning here since it opened some 20 years ago! they were Pritchard's then but now it's called Chelsea's, same people just different name. I've always been Impressed with there level of professionalism

P.I had a wedding to attend Saturday and was panicking where I could get my wife's and my items cleaned, (Easter Weekend) I'd phoned Thursday evening about 8pm, I'd phoned the shop however it was closed, to my surprise about 9.30pm my phone rang and it was the owner of Chelsea's he'd told that he monitors the phone outside hours and that the store was open on Saturday and I could get my items cleaned on there 2 Hour service. The girls were a credit to him and the quality of the dry-cleaning was superb! Thank for saving my marriage lol! Without hesitation I definitely recommend this company and they go the extra mile, and I will be back! a massive thank you from me!

B.I have to say the guys at Chelsea's have been fantastic, I'd brought a coat in covered in paint, a Hugo Boss no less, The owner Graham had said he couldn't promise to get it all out but to my surprise he managed to make my coat look like new again!! Thanks for saving my really expensive coat! Thumbs up from me!
a. c.Absolutely pleased with the way my husbands suit looks, would go again 100%. I needed the suit cleaned by the end of the day, i went in about 12pm and i didn't expect to get it back the same the day, but i took the risk and went in and asked; the staff were friendly and said i could have it back before the end of the day at no additional charge (which in most places like this they would charge extra) but they didn't, i'm so over the moon with the quality! Excellent.

P.I have to share my experience with regard to these wonderful people at Chelsea's Drycleaners, I took my curtains to have cleaned and to my surprise there was a 50% offer on, the curtains come up beautifully cleaned and pressed, what was really nice was the fact I'm an OAP and I had a lot of curtains to take back to my car and the staff offered without question to take them to my car even though it was tipping down with rain, you wouldn't get that at your big supermarket chains! Thank you for your help

S.Had my wedding dress cleaned at Chelsea's Drycleaners can't believe how professional and friendly the staff are, I had the dress boxed so I could safely store it away, they even offered a personalised boxing service, with the date of the wedding our married name and the venue, I cannot give them enough praise, It was a pleasurable experience!
