I had a 3 seater sofa and a recliner armchair cleaned. Both came out fantastic, the type of material means the cushions are fixed and cannot be removed, it was unclear if they would be able to remove most of the ink stains left by the kids as we were sure what kind of ink it was. 24 hours later and fully dry and the ink is gone, I was very happy with the service provided, the customer service was excellent and the dog found a new best friend! I would definitely recommend. Very pleased how it turned out.

An excellent service from beginning to end. Arrived on time which is always a bonus. Gave our carpets a good hoovering before using an enzyme to start the cleaning process. The steam clean itself was very thorough and the carpet looked as good as new after it was steam cleaned. It smelt lovely too. It was dry by the end of the day and felt lovely and soft underfoot. We were given a free spot spray cleaner and an aftercare leaflet. All in all an excellent professional service that I can certainly recommend.

We are really pleased with our freshly cleaned carpets. Even black marks, rust marks and olive oil stains have been removed successfully! The job was carried out in a professional manner, with an initial visit to measure up and then a 9am arrival on the day arranged. Great cleaning on all our wool carpets, our Chinese rug and also our synthetic carpet. Steam cleaning is the best type of cleaning, no chemical smells and it was all dry in a couple of hours. Jared has an amazing machine to do the work. Jared also cleaned the carpets in my Dad's house a few weeks ago. We all will be happy to use this company again.

Hi-jacked my sons g-mail account so that I could write this review. Our light carpets 80-20 wool mix have been down for 7 years and have never been cleaned. Excellent Quality of work and service. We had a very ill dog for the last few months and our rug was her go to place for all things! By the time she died, the rug was in a dreadful state. We had attempted to clean it ourselves, but were sure it was unrecoverable. We asked JL Carpet Cleaning to examine it. It had every conceivable animal bodily fluid in it and had been rolled and left in the garage so was moldy and it stank. Jared told us he would do his best. His best is brilliant. I had booked to have my stair carpet cleaned and at short notice I also decided to see if Jared could clean a bedroom chair that had make up on.I was called by Jared enroute and mentioned the chair. I have a cream carpet which has been down for around 5 years and unfortunately had very obvious coffee and pet stains on it. JL spent around 2 hours treating and cleaning the carpet which made a vast improvement on it's original state. They are quick, thorough and offer advice on how best to deal with problem stains specific to your carpet type. I'd highly recommend them and will definitely use them again.

Both Jared and Jennie work very hard and are building up a business based on their hard work and confidence from their customer base. Just Excellent.I have a very tricky Laura Ashley sofa which marks if you breathe on it!! Ive had it for 3 years and didn’t know what to do or if it could actually be cleaned.. but ultimately it looked a mess.The team were very upfront explaining that due to the type of fabric they may not get a perfect finish but the marks were so bad I had to take a leap of faith. I am so pleased with the sofa and the care they took over ensuring the pile would be raised when it dried showed a real pride in the work they do. Couldn’t recommend them enough.
