Laurence was extremely punctual and friendly, great guy who was really knowledgeable. Took his time and didn't rush. Standard of the carpet clean was outstanding - I have a dog so we have common traffic areas of dirt and they have gone! Carpets smell lovely and fresh and they were dry really quickly too. I've used a rug doctor and done it myself in the past but I just couldn't face it this time and I will never go back! Thank you and I'll see you again 😊

I really cannot recommend ProClean Carpets enough. Laurence has been fantastic throughout - responsive to messages and queries, reliable and highly professional. I used this company for an end of tenancy deep carpet clean. The carpets had taken a bit of a battering after 3 and a half years, a dog and a young child so I didn’t have much hope they could be saved. I couldn’t get over just how clean Laurence managed to get them. It looks like he’s taken the old ones up and fitted new ones. By far the best carpet cleaner in Shropshire! Rang this company late this afternoon in need of an urgent carpet clean. I rang around so many companies to see if someone could fit me in ASAP and unfortunately no one could help. However I rang this company and he had managed to fit me in(After he had finished work for the day). He was out to my property within 30 minutes, the quality of the work was absolutely amazing. My carpet is refreshed and back to its original standard. I cannot recommend this company enough. Will be using again and again. Thank you so much!!!

We use Lawrence from ProClean on a regular basis. He's punctual, very professional and is able to clean our carpets to a very high level. With the special purpose built machine he uses, our carpets and upholstery are left almost dry, which is great as we don't need to wait days on end for them to dry. ProClean are also very competitively priced so give them a go !

has done my dinning room landing and bedroom and all come out perfect didn’t think i would be able to get rid of some horrible stains in my dinning room but called pro clean carpets up and he got rid of them straight away very nice guy and great results
