I would strongly recommend this company for any cleaning needs around your home. Stuart cleaned my carpets in the lounge and hallway bringing them back towards a new standard. Also Stuart rang me on the day to give me a time that he would be arriving which he did and I was able to let him work while I was doing other jobs around the home. Today we had our stairs, landing, bedrooms and two rugs cleaned and we are very pleased with the results! Stuart was extremely knowledgable and I enjoyed hearing about how the cleaning process works. He is very thorough, professional and friendly. Stuart also did a tester clean on my footstool as I’d shown interest in having my sofas cleaned. Had all the flooring in my new house cleaned before we moved in and were so impressed! Super easy to book and get a quote on the phone, and very friendly staff who answered all my questions. The laminate flooring downstairs is now all the same colour and the carpets upstairs came out really well as well. A huge noticeable difference and well worth it, would use again in the future.

I had 3 rooms to clean after my tenants had moved out. Stuart did an excellent job on 2 rooms and tried very hard on the 3rd room but some stains are impossible to remove. He explained the process and I thought he was professional and friendly. He had all the correct tools and finished within a reasonable time. I will be using them again to do my stairs soon

Jocelyn was so friendly and helpful on the phone and easy to talk to. Stuart was exacty on tme! He was a nice friendly man. He explained different aspects of the procedure and moved the sofas for us. The carpets were done in no time and we are very pleased with how they have come up. They look lovely and feel even more springier! They were done around 10 am snd dry by lunchtime. The price was fair as well. We would definitely recommend them and we will be using them again for our stairs and bedroom carpets.

I just wanted to add to my previous review. Two years on and another set of tenants have left my property. They had pets and the carpets are older. Telford and Shropshire carpet cleaning came back again this week (February 2019). The whole house was done and it is like new again. Carpets are clean house smells fresh we were lucky with weather and so carpets dried very fast. I could not believe the sludge that came out of them! Once again I would not hesitate in saying use T&S for your home or rental you won't be disappointed. My original review below. I contacted Telford & Shropshire Carpet Cleaning to do a whole house clean after tenants had vacated the property. The tenants had pets and a full clean was required. From the first contact the service was second to none. Prompt appointment at a convenient time, a very thorough clean and because they use a system that removes most of the moisture the carpets were dry within a day. I would not hesitate in using them again and I would recommend them to others.

We thought we would be having to replace all of our carpets due to our wonderful doggo stains and muddy paws and son spilling sticky syrup from Chinese spare ribs all over the carpet but they have come up looking brand new! Telford and Shropshire Carpet Cleaning came to clean my sofas. Stuart did a brilliant job. He explained the process thoroughly and alleviated any fears I had about it altering the pile of the fabric. The sofas are 24 years old and never been shampooed before. The end result was fantastic, beyond anything I had expected, they looked like new ! I was thinking about replacing my 7 year old Marks and Spencer sofa and armchair. The upholstery had suffered badly with dye transfer, and I'd not been that impressed with the results of a previous clean by a Bridgnorth based company a few years previously (and that was without the blue jeans stains!) I sent photos to Telford and Shropshire Carpet Cleaning via Facebook, and was told that the chances of getting the dye out were good - and the price quoted seemed fair. On the day, turned up on time, well equiped, explained what they were going to do, did it, and showed me the results in the form of some of the cleaning liquid extracted from the sofa. 48 hours later, everything is dry, everything looks brand new. Can't fault em, would use again.
