HB Services What an amazing team Hayley and Mark make. They provide a super friendly service and always have everything ready on time. Their crisp white linen and soft white towels were very much appreciated by our guests this summer and considering that I’m Princess Picky about linen there wasn’t a tiny spot or a mark on the linen provided. Oh my goodness they have been a complete life saver and I really couldn’t recommend them enough. Thank you so much.

It also saves me hours a week washing and ironing so all round it’s a perfect service. The only downside is that I didn’t discover them earlier! We started using HB six months ago after the previous laundry damaged (beyond repair) our 1000 thread count Egyptian Cotton bedding. Hayley and Mark are very approachable, careful and diligent. They both work extremely hard and are very approachable. Unfortunately, they had a baptism of fire as the first week one of our guests left silver hair dye, tanning solution, blue makeup stains and glue on one set of linen. Hayley was determined to remove all the staining even though the glue was very problematic to remove. Six months on I have had no problems at all. The linen is returned pristine and always with a smile.

HB Services launder the linen and towels for our family holiday let. The first time my 5 year old slept in one of the beds, she insisted we all washed our feet first as the linen was so perfect! She even commented on how smooth and soft the beds felt. It is an incredible efficient and reliable service with a personal touch at a reasonable price. HB Linen & Laundry will also rise to a challenge. They managed to wash out stains on some very large “ dry clean only” sofa cushions from a beautiful Italian sofa that we had inherited without damaging them at all. They came out beautifully and it was much better than having to buy a new sofa! I highly recommend HB Services.
