I have used Platinum Carpets 4 or 5 times now over the years. I'll never look anywhere else as the service they provide is exceptional and their customer engagement is fantastic. The staff are always reliable, punctual and go above and beyond to make the customer happy... genuinely make your carpets look brand new! On the rare occasion that they are running late, its never more than 5 or 10 minutes and they contact you in good time to let you know... Can't ask for more than that! 10/10 can't recommend enough.

Excellent service, done a brilliant job cleaning my shabby rug and also my couch. Dried them to the point where they felt absolutely bone dry, always checked them to make sure they were dry and if not then put the heaters on them as well as oscillating fans to help circulate the heat. Also makes your house smell fresh. Cleaned up after themselves, very polite came at the time specified and also rang to let me know they were on route. Highly recommended and will be using them again. 👌

Had all my carpets cleaned by this company... by far the best company I used! I’ve had a few bad experiences with companies who don’t use water at all to company’s that completely soak your carpets but platinum gave them a really deep steam clean and my carpets were left dry and smelt amazing I will only use this company from now on highly recommend.

Excellent service from Platinum. We are the mass vaccination centre at the Masonic Lodge and typically have 2,000+ patients per week walking through. Platinum came at the weekend and the carpets have been transformed. An excellent job at a very good price and they even did the sofa!
