Phil was very professional, knowledgeable and efficient. Two carpets that we thought were seriously past it now fresh, clean and look great - for a fraction of the cost of new carpets. He didn't even moan at my tea making abilities. Very fast response to my initial WhatsApp enquiry, fitted me in so we could crack on with putting the house up for sale. I can't praise Prokleen enough. Excellent communication and very professional. The carpet they cleaned for us was definitely a challenge and I was sceptical that it would be redeemable.... but it was! It's like new and has saved the expense of replacing it. Would 100% recommend and will definitely use again :)

My sofa was a mess as I have 2 small children but when it dried it looked like new. There was a problem with booking that made him slightly late but to apologies he added a freebie which wasn't needed but much appreciate. Top class customer service!

Great experience from start to finish. So easy to get a quote (and really quick) over whatsapp and Phillip and his team did a really great job cleaning my carpets after some decorating. I want to highly recommend Phil for his professionalism, technical expertise and honesty! He did not clean my mums carpets this morning, he arrived on time, spent some time looking at the condition of the wool carpets throughout and explaining the difficulties as a result of a previous unprofessional job. In the end he advised us not to go ahead, he could have just taken my mums money and run... he was professional and honest, he lost a mornings work and wouldn't even take anything for a call out charge.... Brilliant service. Just sent a few photos over on WhatsApp and got a quote back within minutes. Phil was brilliant to deal with throughout; super-quick to reply, really friendly, flexible on days and times, and did an absolutely amazing job when he arrived. Our carpets downstairs actually do look new again and we'll definitely be getting him and the team back to do upstairs next.

Phil came to clean our carpets and suite today and we were really impressed with the job. Everything looks and smells so much fresher. He gave me lots of advice on cleaning products as I’d been overdoing it with the carpet freshener and they both worked really hard in this hot weather to get the job done. They even did the clean twice to make sure the end result was spot on. Also lots of advice on future cleaning. Nothing seems too much trouble.
