First experience with Fresh Folds was beyond expectations. Complete welcome pack came in advance, attention to detail (simple instructions, clips to mark stains) was remarkable. Collection and delivery back was quick, smooth and easy, with very friendly approach. Though, best part of experience was to come - opening the bag with nicely fold and clean laundry. Even stains, that I’ve put up with, dissapeared. Minimalistic and clean linen scent, suitable even for the most sensitive and vulnerable babies. This service aims on the most demanding and discerning clients, not accepting compromises when it comes to the environment and sustainable lifestyle.

I have now used the services of Fresh Folds twice, for bedding/towels laundry, dry cleaning and the dogs' baskets. The bedding and the dogs' baskets came back looking like new, the towels were incredibly fluffy, my dresses looked immaculate. But the 'pièce de résistance' was the bed cover I was about to throw away. Fresh Folds have given it a new lease of life, even removing old nail varnish stains from years ago! I would highly recommend them - the service is top quality and eco-friendly, and the collection/delivery super efficient.

I was very satisfied with this company and totally recommend their services. As my kids have asthma, it is important not to use certain chemicals in the house. I tried few dry cleaning services, but this company over- exceeded expectations. Staff was very approachable and helpful to explain their non toxic approach to clean my duvets and pillows, which came back more white then when I tried to wash them myself. Laundry is bright white with fresh smell, it comes in gorgeous bags and I love the fact that they conveniently pick up and bring laundry at my doorstep.

I was interested to use an eco friendly dry cleaning company and found Fresh Folds offering their services in my area. Placing order was easy and I completed it on my phone. On the day of the collection I added a few more items and they adjusted my invoice accordingly. I was especially pleased with how well my toddler's cotton trousers and tops turned out as both had days dried stains from foods or grass smearing. I asked them to wash our two feather duvets and two pillows and received them back clean from marks with its down airy and fluffy again! Each provided laundry bag with our clothes was clearly labelled and I felt the service was very personalised and thoughtful throughout!

Very impressed! Being busy family I occasionally need help with our “ big stuff “ like curtains, bedspreads and sheets. Our children suffer from eczema, so I looked for skin- safe service. What exceeded my expectations was the great customer service, welcome pack with bags, everything picked up and delivered with notifications about their arrival.
