The customer service team members were courteous and all my questions were answered to my satisfaction, so I booked their initial meeting for me. The people at the company showed up on time and did an awesome job cleaning our carpets. They even sent someone out to reclean the area after they completed their work!

My faith is restored in carpet cleaning, we had our cleaned once before and it was a disaster, the carpets were left in a terrible state. We tried Upholstery & Carpet Cleaning Professionals and what a breath of fresh air, superb, splendid, absolutely fantastic. Like the Fantastic 4 or 2 in this case, which brings me to the staff, they were punctual, precise and very meticulous not to mention extremely friendly and approachable. They didn't try to up-sell and the price was exactly what we were quoted on the phone, although we did request Scotchguard after the clean. My spouse and I are over the moon with the results. I don't usually write reviews but I felt like I had to and if this site had 10 stars, Upholstery & Carpet Cleaning Professionals would get 11.

I contacted Upholstery & Carpet Cleaning Professionals when we discovered our tenants had left our property in a disgusting state. As decorators and carpet fitters were booked, we needed an intense cleaning within the week. Harry fit us in, and he and his team did a fantastic job. They collected the keys, were on site by 8:30 am, and worked tirelessly for over 12 hours to ensure the job was completed. I couldn't recommend them highly enough. Excellent communication from booking through to completion of the job, reliable and hard-working. I couldn't ask for more.
