Would 100% recommend the services of Carpetbird. I have previously had my carpets cleaned by another company and they have never looked as good as they do now. The care and attention taken was second to none. Plus the polite and professional service is very rare these days. Thank you so much, excellent job, will definitely use them again.

We used Carpetbird to clean and Scotchgard carpets in our rental house, and were very pleased with the results. Booking was easily done over email, and the office was able to accommodate us shifting the day of the appointment. The technician on the day was great - kept us well-informed of arrival time, very professional and friendly, and did an excellent job.

Excellent in all respects and have already recommended them to the management company where I live. My mum recently moved into a home after three years' live-in care and her carpets needed a really good clean. (Hadn't realised quite how much until Reece had finished!). I contacted them via Checkatrade and received a very quick response although it was in the evening. The quote was very reasonable for the work involved and he was very polite and considerate - including to other neighbours in the block!

This guy is amazing!!! Not sure why he has 1 star!? We had to cancel and they had to cancel us but there was communication the whole way through.(and quick responses too) When we had our lounge carpet cleaned I was blown away with the result! We were going to buy a new carpet, but didn’t need to after Carpet Bird worked its magic. We then quickly booked in for a bedroom carpet and head board to be cleaned…again an amazing job done! We have booked in for early next year. Can’t recommend enough!!

Reiss has cleaned our carpets for several years now, his service is excellent. He arrives on time and works his magic on our carpet stains amazing (coffee and red wine drinkers)! We recently had the upholstery service too and our sofa turned out amazing. Our 700sqft flat was done in an hour, including the sofas. Have recommended to several friends in the area who now also use him. Brilliant service and good price!

I agree with all the previous posts and 100% recommend Carpet Bird. I used another company previously that couldn’t get the stains out of my carpet and so this was my last attempt before having to replace the carpet. Carpet Bird got the stains out and I’m so happy with the results and not having to replace the carpet. Well worth it! Very professional and caring service - thank you for a great job!

Excellent service all round. The communication was great from the beginning to the end. He checked the property to make sure we were in agreement on what was going to be done. He explained exactly what he would do and managed my expectations over paint stains on the carpets. The actual cleaning was also very good. Colour has been restored on my carpets and curtains. Couldn't recommend Carpet Bird enough!

Had my carpets done after spilling foundation everywhere I considered getting all new carpets which was very costly, called Carpet Bird and after the first visit my carpets looks brand new!
