Wonderful restoration of our wooden floor over two days. Ian is thorough and very knowledgeable. He is passionate about his job and it shows in the results. He surprised us whilst waiting for the floor to dry by giving our leather settee a spruce up. I have no hesitation in recommending Ian for your wooden floors you really wont be disappointed.

We have used Ian on numerous occasions for carpet and upholstery also emergency red wine spill! He’s very knowledgable about his product and takes time to explain what procedures he will use. We definitely recommend Ian who never fails to give a great and friendly service.

Ian did a great job cleaning all the rooms with carpets in the house. I couldn’t be happier as he did it quickly, professionally, moved all the furniture and graciously disposed of the dead bird from under the sofa (unwanted gifts from my cat). I will definitely use Ian’s services again in the future and can highly recommend him!

I got few recommendation about them from few different people on my local Facebook group after I found out that the place we moved in to was not professionally cleaned (was in a horrible condition !! All carpets was dirty and smelled horrible !) I called then and Ian was really helpful ! Found the time is best for me and set up a meeting in the place to give me a professional quote. Not like other companies I spoke with he came over, check the place, size, level of work that needed to be done, explained me what he is going to do and all the procedure and gave me a fair quote (2 bed, 1 living room and stairs with corridor for 150£). He done an amazing job !! Didn’t leave the place until he made us feel comfortable to live in the new place. He was so good that when the end of tenancy cleaning bailed on is on the last minute (literally 2 days before going the keys back ) I called him and he came on a Sunday !!( Which he doesn’t work on usually) to help us out and clean the carpets in our old house. If you really want someone that know what he is doing and is not going to take your money for nothing or scam you, use them !

I highly recommend Ian and his team from Clean and Gleam. Efficient, thorough and passionate. Ian took on my end of tenancy clean knowing how anxious I was about how unreasonable my landlord was going to be. Unfortunately, Ian ended up going back to the property three times, not through any fault of his own but purely ridiculous frivolous requests from the landlord. Holding down a full time job in the NHS and trying to deal with everything was proving very stressful. I can honestly say, nothing was too much to ask and Ian threw himself in with both feet and fought in my corner till the end. I cannot thank him enough for everything. FIVE ☆☆☆☆☆

I had a massive stain - infused olive oil- on a fabric seat. Ian was able to get it out and rid the fabric of the smell too! I was very pleased worth the outcome and would use him again for sure!
