I am a regular customer at Orchid, nothing is considered to be too much trouble, very accommodating with excellent customer service. Items that have come back have been cleaned to a really high and impressive standard. I take a lot of horse items to be cleaned and some of the rugs that have come back look brand new. Highly recommend.

Great service but not always open at 9am which is frustrating when in a rush in the morning. Would be amazing if you could open at 8:30am for one or two days a week too but maybe that’s wishful thinking.

I had my duvet dry cleaned, the service was reasonably priced, quick and duvet was returned smelling lovely in a great little storage bag which we will now reuse at home.
