Brenda provided a friendly and helpful service at The Launderette. It was good value for money and I am very pleased with my nice, clean, double duvet. It was well worth the drive from Worcester to Upton-upon-Severn.

What a wonderful proprietor, Brenda is helpful, efficient, knowledgeable and am absolute angel. She is so helpful and always cheerful, you can be sure you will always be greeted with a smile, nothing is too much trouble from providing change or powder for the machines, to a full service wash plus she is the local Hermes parcel point. Travellers staying in the area are welcome to use her address for postal deliveries which is a great help when full time travelling. Just fantastic!!!

Much more than a laundrette , the owner Brenda has an amazing knowledge of all things local. Always friendly and helpful and obliging, will go above and beyond what is required, makes an amazing cup of tea and often has a treat for my dog. Would certainly recommend not just to locals but anyone from festivals who need a place to do your washing.

Upton is extremely fortunate to have this wonderful business in its midsts because not only is it a terrific launderette, but it is also a wonderful place to visit just to say hello to its proprietor; Brenda. Brenda is such a welcoming and kind lady who does so much for her customers and the community as a whole. Nothing is too much trouble and she always makes you feel better from seeing her lovely smile each time. Upton would be a lesser place without this great little business. Drop in next time you're there. Even offers a brilliant drop-off/collect service for Hermes couriers now which is so much cheaper than Royal Mail!

I always have a great experience here. The owner is extremely friendly and helpful and the machines are huge and of great quality. She even has a lovely book collection to read while you wait - and always offers me a cuppa and a chat when I go in there. All in all, it is a wonderful addition to the Upton community and provides a personable and reliable service.
