H. E.Steve did an amazing job of getting the most horrendous oil/mud mixture out of a cream carpet. I didn't believe it would work, but it did. I was very anxious throughout whole procedure, but Steve laid back and calm. Very professional and kind to elderly people. And his rates very reasonable. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend. H Evans
