Ben came to clean the carpets in our new house. He did a fantastic job and was really professional throughout. I would definitely recommend him to anyone looking to refresh their carpets or just get them properly cleaned. The kit he used was pretty impressive and you could see the difference it made by the water coming out of it. Worth every penny.

Amaze - Ben and his "apprentice" Nick lived up to the business name from first contact to the conclusion of their service. They were professional, warm, polite, engaging young people clearly committed to the best customer experience they could achieve. The outcome surpassed what I had hoped for. I had been contemplating replacing the carpets as they were so shabby but current economic times meant I could not afford to do so. I thought it was worth at least trying to clean them. Ben was very responsible & professional in his initial assessment of what could be achieved warning that the wool blend of my carpet might mean certain stains would be highlighted due to the science of how pet stains taint wool fibres & their colour. I was happy to proceed knowing the carpets would at least be hygienically clean if still marked. The end result was wonderful - the stains were far less pronounced than I feared and the overall improvement made the carpets look all but new. I certainly saved a significant amount of money and it was well worth the cost involved. Money truly well spent. I would whole heartedly recommend Amaze to anyone similarly in a dilemma about tired carpets and whether to replace or not. Give them a try and I am sure you will be equally glad you did!

Amaze Cleaning breathed new life into our carpets and tired-old sofas. We were at the point were we considering buying brand new for both due to feeling dismayed about stains and marks that had accumulated over years with a young family - and it feels like we have brand new again. Ben is absolutely brilliant! My carpets looked and felt like new. They were pretty much dry when he left but he thoughtfully still left me foot covers just in case (I didn't need them). I will definitely be using Amaze again and I have told all of my friends about him. If I could give him 10 stars I would!

Great service from Ben, he was very professional, polite, and great communication. It is clear Ben takes great pride in his work, making sure he does everything he can to get the best results. Ben assessed our requirements and quoted us over video link. He arrived on time and was professional throughout (even removed his shoes!) he spot cleaned stains and treated heavily used areas. I have two long haired cats so Ben was very reassuring that the professional products used were not harmful to pets or children.
