Absolutely amazing service from Ken, I've used him 4/5 times now and wouldn't use anyone else. His prompt responses and professional manner are what I find the best and he puts my mind at ease.. also the not having to be in makes things so much easier. We leave him a key and transfer the money and when we come home its like a brand new show home. 100% recommend to anyone.
