I went for a winter warmer wine tasting evening! The event was for 12 people, which was the perfect number. We got to sample six wines (3 white and 3 red). We were greeted with a cranberry g+t to start and ended with a lovely surprise drink at the end! The wine choices were excellent, a good range and varieties that I had never heard of before which was great to try. Nibbles were also provided! I would definitely go again!

Fantastic little liquor store. The staff are very helpful and the place has a nice selection of drinks that are less common such as Mezcal and higher end vermouths. Prices are competitive as well.

I was thrilled when I heard Amathus was coming to Brighton. They have a fantastic range of spirits and wines and Felix is always happy to help and make suggestions to suit whatever occasion. Highly recommend this little gem of a shop.

What a shop! If you're lacking in knowledge about the world of wine, look no further! I picked out a present for my second cousin, twice removed, Gladys, with the help of the shopkeep, Hatty, and she was bowled over by the fruitiness and splendour of the wine that was bestowed upon her... so much so, that this is basically all she drinks now. If you need to pull back the shroud that so often surrounds the mystifying world of wine, beers, and spirits, look no further. These guys will sort you!
