Ok.....the man who owns this shop is a lovely person as are most of the staff. It is a pleasure to be served by them. The only problem I have with this shop is one member of staff who lets the shop down. The small worker with curly hair with a darker skin tone. He discriminates against me everytime I am served by him. For instance.....slamming packets of ciggerettes on the counter and sliding them passive aggresivley towards me with more force that necessary......what has made me write this review is this: I entered the shop. He was stacking shelves.....he continued to stack shelves and made me wait. I was at the till waiting for him and then he told me to wait and served the person behind me. I am actually disgusted with his behaviour. Other than him the staff are lovely people and it is a massive shame about this guy's attitude. Just writing this is really making me angry. Facts are.....I would not be welcome In their country, I went to school in Birmingham city and have nothing against ethnic minoominor but I am in a minority and the pain he causes me is brutal. Such a shame as the gentleman who owns the shop is so polite, genuine and caring. I hope this review is taken seriously. I am on the verge of not shopping here again because of said member of staffs behaviour and attitude. Thank you.
