C. J.I ordered three bottles from Professor wine over Christmas, two Falanghina and a Bollicine. The wine was delivered very promptly in fully recyclable packaging which I thought was a nice touch. The Falanghina was excellent but the Bollicine in particular is a new favourite, easily outclassing other sparkling wines that I tried over 2020. Looking forward to the reds coming in stock so I can sample more of these Italian gems!

G.The bollicine from this single estate producer really has no competition, it has an exquisitely fine bead of bubble, a real treat and a real complex fruit note that really stands far above most sparkling wines. Give this a try and you will not be disappointed. Five stars is not enough let’s give 10.
