It took very long time to prepare the food but was very delicious

I’m a whisky connoisseur and collector. Loch Fyne is a well respected whisky shop in the whisky world and I’m a regular here as they are one of the few reputable shops in Edinburgh.

This company has never stopped to amaze me. The items are carefully packed and protected, on time delivery and vast variaty of whiskeys which taste amazing. When you go for the "healthiest alcoholic drink" , go for Loch Fyne Whiskies, they don't disappoint.

Whether you know next to nothing about whiskies, or you know everything there is to know, either way you'll enjoy stopping in here. Warm and welcoming with no pressure to buy anything, just a passion for the whiskey making tradition and desire to pass it on. If you have to choose between the castle and here, go here, a much more memorable experience.

After shopping in all the whiskey shops in Edinburgh Loch Fyne was most definitely the best priced, they have a good collection and are warm and welcoming with a great knowledge of whiskeys, their own branded number 9 is a must try!

Matt did a fantastic job of walking me through the various options to fit my taste. Ended up having a few samples and deviating from my initial selection. He was able to get into the differences between bourbon and sherry casks, the history of Loch Fyne and Hunter Laing, and the reasoning behind peatiness, colouration, age labelling, and casking. Learned more here than at a distillery tour. If the shop isn't busy, indulge yourself and grab a fine bottle. You won't be disappointed.

I went to a tasting the store had recently and it was so great! The hostess Morven was very knowledgeable and it was really cool to learn about women in this industry and the impact they have! I had an excellent time, thank you Loch Fyne!

Amazing little shop. Cheaper prices than on the Royal Mile. Craig was amazing, very knowledgeable and friendly. Had a few tasters and ended buying the most expensive bottle of my life lol but so happy I did. JUST GO THERE!
