Great place for wine and spirits. Knowledgeable, friendly staff who know their stock very well. Surprisingly good wine selection, not the broadest in the city but well chosen and in a range of prices. Added bonus: heavy metal music and Star Wars memorabilia add charm to the basement shop. The staff and decor also ratchet down the pretentiousness of a wine and spirits shop making this one a real pleasure to visit.

Andy is a true gentleman and great resource for whiskey and wine.
Andy,
Let me know which bourbons and mezcals I can bring you from the states! We can trade next time! Thanks!

A truly wonderful place!
Smiling Pete & Andy Bell are knowledgeable and fun. We have been to a variety of tastings at this interesting establishment and each time have tasted some fantastic products and learned along the way.
Fizz is by far our favourite, but not the most expensive bottles in the shop as one might have expected! Our eyes have been opened to quality versus price. And have taken our lead from Winston Churchill.
Thanks again from Jenny & Nikki

Just visited Andy and Pete for our annual 2 hour tasting within the shop at Bath Street. As good as ever, the guys are so accommodating and made for another great time, enjoyed by all with the wine, champagne, gin, vodka and more....all incorporated into a James Bond theme...superb. This is a gem of a shop but Andy and Pete are the real stars and have a wealth of knowledge on all things wine and spirits..not to mention a great selection in store...highly recommend..

We went here to order the wine for our wedding. They gave us a great deal on some fantastic wine. They are also great if you are looking for a more interesting bottle of booze, the guys in there really know their stuff.

I came to buy a whisky for my husband. I am from Denmark. I know nothing about whisky. I was guided to a bottle that my husband is very excited about and I had a great experience visiting the shop. Good people! Thanks.

What a magical land where alcoholic dreams come true! This hidden gem (down the stairs, next to an antique book shop, off Bath Street) is possibly the best wine dispensary to exist within the city limits of Glasgow. But nay, not only wine! Tasty, hard liquor is also purveyed at this fine establishment! You walk in and there is alcohol stacked to the rafters, filling this space with bottles around an antique table that used to live on a train (I think?). It's like candy land but for winos.

Bath street is like a room at your favourite Grandma's house. Tucked away in corners are always treasures. Old coins, your grandfather's medals, maps of countries that no longer exist.
Inverarity One to One is tucked away in a Bath Street basement and filled with bottled treasures. It is well known to those who know their wines and spirits.
These guys have all of the elements that make up a great place to shop. Knowledgeable staff who love their products and want to talk about them, a great inventory of wines and whisky that can get you excited again, and choice.
I know of this place due to Andy. Born in Islay (true Ileach) this guy is a wealth of whisky and wine knowledge and is very active in the whisky community. I would go here just for his advice.
The other three members of the Inverarity team are all wine lovers and have a true understanding of their products, something you cannot find in a supermarket.

Andy and Pete are 2 of the best guys you're ever likley to meet. Funny, informative and genuinley excited about wine and spirits. I'd spend all my money here.

I ventured in here this morning on the hunt for wine for 2 very good friends christmases. I knew what wine I was after for one of them, the other one I had only the vaguest idea of what I was looking for and yet I was in and out and very happy after barely 15 minutes.

Andy and Pete are the friendliest wine-knows I have ever met, I recommend their tasting nights and especially their Summer and Winter Fayres
