Handy shop sells most things from sweets to alcohol and cigarettes, resenably priced, perfect for your everyday essentials, staff are helpful and friendly

It's really convenience vs cost (for locals) . Can you get a better deal if you go into town, absolutely but you're in and out and then back home with here compared to a 30+ excursion with going into town. So what do you value most, time or money? To people who are just passing by and forgot something on your weekly shop , this place probably has what you need. Also they enforce a £5 lower limit on card transactions, and in a time where handling cash can be a transmission vector, it is kind of annoying that this still exists. Also kind of annoying if you don't carry cash that often, but there is an ATM outside.
