Very busy at this time of year, but checkout flowing with ease. I’m been shopping here for many years with offers available all year round. You have to buy in bulk on most items, but worth it these days. You can take advantage of the cafe on the way out serving hot and cold food at a modest price. The Costco staff are always on hand to serve or any assurance you may require.

I am a huge Costco fan, they are a great company and always have what you needed and what you didn’t know you needed! Unfortunately, the Leeds store loses a star because the staff that work in the cafe are genuinely miserable. They’re usually out of stock of things like tuna or cheese (which is mental to me- it’s literally a warehouse store just go and get some from the shelves?!?!) they always undercook the pizza too. It’s the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced in a Costco. Otherwise, it’s a Costco. Can’t go wrong.

Incredible what you can find, Big store, with plenty Food, drinks, clothes, inside cooked food, really like the bbq chicken wings. Delicious Wonton prawn soup. Its an expensive store you will leave atleast with £100+ But you will get a quality products.

I got lost getting there🤫 Sat Nav issues 😏 The store itself was busy on a Tuesday evening. Wandered around with my card holding relative. I just went for a look around and see what it has to offer. Prices clearly displayed with the Inc. VAT also clearly included, unlikely other providers..... Still deliberating if I should get a card but certainly if you live reasonably close I can see that it is a great thing to have and use.

Go here a couple of times a week. They get new things in all the time and have some good offers. The samples are good to try the foods they have available. Lovely cakes for parties and the cafe is great. Such good value, only problem is a very slow queue for cafe so be prepared for a wait unless you go after 2pm seems to be quieter. Photos are good but have to order online or using their computers.

The 12 pack of croissants are unrivalled, the freshly cooked cheese pizzas and hotdogs are a guilty pleasure and the ice cream is creamy and delicious. Went here to buy butter and ended up buying a TV!! Saw the same look in the customers eyes that were circling around the sane bargains....clearly asking themselves "do I really need this??" But the price is too good to say no to! Bargains to be found, as long as you consider the added VAT, and just great for general browsing. Customer service is good too.

Very clean and tidy. I went at 3.30 and it wasn't too busy. A great choice of merchandise, some cheaper than the normal shops. But some the same until you add on the VAT.

It was really busy last night. Costco staff in Leeds were amazing. This queue as gone in a minute or two. The staff were friendly, efficient and kept everything moving safely for everyone from the queue outside to tills and exit. Prefect experience

My home from home when I am not able to get to booker. Always a wide variety of stuff in bulk and given the current climate they are managing to practicing safe distancing whilst keeping shopping an enjoyable experience. Plus there is nothing to beat their canteen. Pizza slices, beef hot dogs, unlimited soft drinks and all at low low prices. It's so cheap that it is worth joining just to visit the canteen!

The problem with Costco is their water has been accepted in all over Leeds as number one best drinking water, instead of arranging for more supply to reach demand they rather put quoter on it no one have to buy more than five package a day is the manager serious for business?

I was there on a Costco run; love this place, great deals, perfect for bulk buying. Only downside is sometimes supermarkets offers work out cheaper. Update: they have good safety measures in place, they require ALL customers to wear a face shield/mask (unless otherwise exempt), barriers in place at both sample stations & tills, & all staff wear either masks or shields. Mornings tend to be the best time if you want to take your time looking around.

Excellent products and free tasters are back now that covid restrictions have been lifted. The cafe/restaurant is still very very slow which is disappointing as I would use it but I'd say the average waiting time is more than 30 minutes for a take out so I don't even bother joining the queue anymore.

Went in the afternoon, not very busy, very relaxed atmosphere. So a leisurely stroll around the store at our pace. You can spoil yourselves in the bakery department buns, cakes, croissants, scones and loads more. After paying for our goods, you can't beat calling at the cafe, pizza, hot dogs, baked potatoes and definitely worth a try is the chicken bakes. But before you go, you will need to phone your local store to see if you are eligible to become a member .

We normally go to Costco at the weekend, it seems that was the best time to go, we went on a Monday and it was obvious they hadn't been able to restock the shelves since the weekends big shop, the que for tea/coffee etc was as long as ever and the food was nowhere as well cooked as at the weekend, missing cutlery, no napkins etc, we will only go at the back end of the week in future.

Does what it says on the tin. It's a trade warehouse. Good place to pick up a fair few bargains, but in honesty there are some surprises, like it's cheaper to buy certain things at the supermarkets despite the bulk you can buy them in. Dried pasta being one example. Fresh chicken fillets being another.

As I have walking difficulties i was amazed at how the staff helped with getting me a chair to sit on while they found a chair and trolley to helping unload and reload my shopping the service and politeness was outstanding. Went to see what mens trainers they had ,unfortunately not a huge choice in men's or ladles, but bought these as in the picture for £ 30.00. pretty good for sketchers. I do like Costco,but take care if you an individual buying and remember to look at the price that includes VAT,this really doesn't matter if your trade and bulk buying, we buy for a household of 7 so some things that can keep a while are worth buying.

I find the staff are always very patient. Today after a long hot day at work I visited costco and witnessed someone been really rude to a member of staff working in the takeaway food kiosk they were complaining the pizza had an irregularitie in its shape, however the lady who dealt with the over aggressive customer was calm and offered a replacement, this also wasn't good enough for him he wanted to take it to the manager, but all the time the lady serving was calm, polite and professional. After I spoke to the lady and told her she dealt with that well, and she was very respectful in her response and in my eye deserves a medal, well done costco for pick great staff and training them well. In all the years I've been visiting costco I've never had bad food from the kiosk.

A one stop shop for all our fresh fruit and veggies.. for people who like to buy a quality products at reasonable price, I would totally recommend Costco. Sometimes you might end up spending a lot more than you wanted to, but it can be worth it when you buy products VAT free.

Costco is a members only shopping warehouse. Their goods are usually excellent and all in large quantities. Prices are very competitive in general. They offer a bit of everything including a garage for tyres. They offer electronics, hygiene, kitchen, alcohol, cleaning, and office products in addition to a very robust grocery selection. Parking is easy and ample and the whole experience is very good overall. There are many recommendations on the Internet as to best value buys to do at Costco as well as which ones to avoid. If you will be using Costco regularly, then it is an excellent deal. If you will be an infrequent visitor, then probably not worth the membership fee.

not sure what all the fuss is about costco. I'm a value shopper but also like quality produce as a home cook enthusiast. costco is not great. its hit/miss with their vege/fruits in terms of quality which are more pricey than tesco/lidl (presumably they are flown in and ripen en route or whilst in storage... and they need to work out their timing abit better. their avocados/various fruits, in particular, pales even to tesco's own brand... yea the avocados may look huge but the flesh is about the same quantity and even when ripe, tasted bitter). their meats are only available in bulk which are not cheaper than competitors... at that price its better to go to your local butcher... just weird how people rave about the quality of costco's meats... its ok... certainly nothing to rave about. certain imported products that used to be only available in costco is now available online even cheaper and not limited to bulk buys. the only perk I see is that their electronics and 'seasonal' dry goods/furniture are priced quite competitively and better to just shop online on their website for that rather than queuing up to get in.

A member-only shop with a vast array of high quality goods at competitive prices across a range of departments. You can easily go in to buy bread and come out with a swimming pool, a diamond ring, a boat and a bucket of humus (funds permitting). They host regular demos, provide free samples of many items throughout the week and have a really low-priced cafe at the end to drown your impulse buying sorrows :) A good sized car park with very wide spaces, lots of trolleys, helpful staff and a generally pleasant shopping experience. Things get hectic at peak times but it's no different to any other shop of its kind in that respect.

We really enjoy Costco, you get some amazing deals on bulk supplies and they very often have employees giving out free product samples which are just delicious. I've been twice this week with 2 different Covid-19 free people & have to visit again tomorrow for new cushions which I'm actually looking forward to as everything is running to order & smooth. Membership-only cash and carry style warehouse stocking a wide variety of food and non-food. Most items are good quality and good value and although some items can be found cheaper elsewhere, the customer service is good. Also supplies some US sourced products which aren't usually available in the UK. Basic good value cafeteria on site, but also very busy at weekends. Membership requires you to either be in business, or work for a public service etc. As with most cash and carrys, inevitably spend and bring home more than you intended.

Without being an ageist there seems to be a lot of old people working at this Costco, who’re just wandering around, and I’m like why there’s only 2 tills open (out of 8) with long queues!!? The one thing I like about Costco is they always have some new and intriguing. Apart from that it's your standard 'American' cash and carry. You only get value for money if you buy in bulk. It can be hit or miss sometimes here - they often move things about week to week, which can sometimes make it confusing, but also take you longer to find what you're looking for. As well, they scan your card as you come in which is a bit strange but understandable, but they are the only Costco that I've been to that does this. In addition, there are usually queues for the tills to pay which could be easily sorted as the vast majority of the tills are closed with only a few staff on them, with some staff just walking and wandering about - when they could operate the tills and reduce the queues.

Love this place for the products but every time I go it seems to be full of rude a**holes cutting you up with their trolley or blocking isles. Staff are generally a bit mardy but I reckon I would be too serving the types of people you get there. Still the food is great. Bakery especially. Canteen staffed by robots who throw a short circuit when asked to think outside of their program. Overall a pretty mixed bag of emotions when shopping here. They do great seasonal gift type stuff. Could say more. Won't.

I love Costco and visit a few times a month. The only reason I can't give any more stars is some of the meat, especially the prepacked stuff from the states is halal. I won't touch this stuff (due to animal welfare reasons), Costco should give customers who prefer animal welfare over religion more choice. 'Priorities for the minorities'... Other than that It's awesome 🙂 and sign up for the offers booklet that gets delivered each month!

The member of staff on cleaning duty offered to put the food in a warm storage area, my partner refused and the cleaner asked if there was anything else she could do to help. I've been a member of Costco for many years. It sells all sorts of things, ranging from peanuts to large white goods and expensive television sets. I usually use it for bulk buying. You do need to be a member to shop here but you can have two people on your one membership card. You can also pay for additional membership cards. One thing to be wary of is that from time to time they will suddenly stop selling an item so if you're used to bulk buying a particular item you could find yourself in for an unpleasant shock one day. They say they do this to ensure they get the best deal for their customers but I think it's sometimes worth paying a little bit more than to go without altogether.

I only really come here for bread, milk and butter but because of the prices, I find things I usually get at my usual shop, but a lot cheaper for a lot more, like washing detergent, toilet roll, cheese, bacon, chicken, the frozen section is my favourite as they have so much at such an awesome price, plus, when we feel a bit peckish we go and take some samples and have a chat to the rep, everyone there is so friendly and the actual food court is fabulous, no meticulous menus to go through, no confusing prices, my only issue is that the lines can be long, but why not with food that good!
