J. S. P.it was clean and well-lit, with a good selection of everything you could possibly need after the pubs close, and every single wrapper was as unwrinkled and cheerful as a baby's bottom.
as we walked up, the clerk was wearing a jumpsuit like a russian mobster and standing in such a way that he blocked the whole doorway, arms crossed over his sizable chest, legs crossed at the ankle, angrily chewing on something that just looked like a stick, and his eyebrows kissed when he realized we were trying to get in. he huffed at me (actually huffed!) while i was looking at the candy. 10/10 would go again.
