I do not know what to say. I had a few bad and really bad experiences previously with Hermes parcel shops. …but actually what happened today, that is beyond my expectations . I found myself in a small treasure box. Cleaned, well organised (… as you can see in the pictures.) My parcel was processed without issues. Staff was friendly.

Just to reiterate the other positive reviews re: Hermes parcel shop... Just received above and beyond customer service when returning a parcel I'd put an incorrect label on. Will be making more of an effort to head over here for other groceries :)

I often go to recieve and return parcels by hermes. Very convenient and helpful. They have the hermes machine to send items by hermes. Very easy to use and helpful staff. Also variety of food and drinks available.

I just want to say thank you to people working there, i was there today to return a Hermes package and they have been very welcoming and helpful. I was in distress because of an awfully experience at Markhouse food and wine shop, and they made my day, even if it was a small thing, for me made a big difference. The shop is little but well stocked, run by a lovely family. Thank you.

Nicest and cleanest shop around the area. Staff is friendly and smiles. Good selection of merchandise. If I forget something from my weekly shop, they likely have it. Plus, they take card payments.
