The owner is a very friendly, knowledgeable Frenchman who knows how to get the enthusiasm across for wines. Prices are very good for London standards and the tinyness of the place makes it cozy everytime we are here.

v. z.Superb wine shop / wine bar. Such a great little spot - run by friendly, helpful down to earth owner who really knows his wine, and is passionate about it.
Relaxed and unpretentious. A total asset to the area for anyone who fancies a lovely glass or bottle - you can drink in or take home. It's the sort of friendly neighbourhood wine bar - but with excellent wines - that every neighbourhood should have. Round the bend on Dalston Lane.

S. A.Beautiful wine shop, very much needed in the area. Options to sit in and drink or take away. At the moment the owner is doing free wine tastings on Saturday afternoons. We popped in for the first time and it was lovely, left with a bottle of natural wine which we can’t wait to try. Philippe, the owner, is a great host and very knowledgeable.
