Lovely staff, great wine and a genuinely nice place to visit. Very knowledgable and the ever-changing flights are a must. Highly recommended.

Not really happy to be honest. Service was absent, I had to go to the bar twice as no one came to bring us the menu or to take the order. But I was disappointed especially because I expected a place where there is interaction between the customer and the host about the choice of wine. Cheeses good but very basic presentation. Bit impersonal, I won't come back.

The owner and bar staff were very friendly and helpful. The range of wines were amazing. They had a tasting set of 3 glasses of wine which was a really fun way of getting started. We also had some bread and olives which were high quality. The atmosphere is relaxed and inviting, it’s up beat without it being noisy. A great place for a few drinks with a friend or partner.

Great that Streatham Wine House is local for us. Expanding our wine knowledge and palate and so many things now being organised to keep us coming back. Good atmosphere, tad busy some evenings so a bit pot luck on getting a table but they always tray and accommodate. If you liked this review, please 'Like' it!

Idea is great, nice selection of wines. However the service was very bad, unfriendly and unhelpful staff. It also took 40 mins for a cheese toastie to arrive.

A great local place to try new wines with some nibbles. Great atmosphere, friendly and knowledgeable staff. Get a 'flight' of wines (any three in 50ml measures). If you're not sure what you like just ask staff to get you their favourites. They also do events to do with wine tasting and learning which sound interesting

They made me a loyal customer during my first visit. Their passion and knowledge of wine is contagious. Time stops in this cosy wine bar due to its atmosphere and decor and you end up drinking delicious wine for hours, chatting away about wine and life. In Streatham! It's such a nice place to chill out. Share with them what your tastes are and they will guide you through their list whether you want to try a small glass - you have this option too - or the normal-size ones. They have food too which I haven't tried yet. The Clos de Roque and the Argentinian Malbec are superb if you are into full-bodies with spicy hints wines.

One of my favourite places in London. Great selection of wines, knowledgeable and friendly staff, nice vibe. I like that they change the ‘themes’ quite often - they do for example a month with wines from northern Italy, and then a month when they feature South African wines. You can try wines in ‘flights’ - selection of three 50ml glasses - which is a great way to discover new things. They also have a wine school events where you can book a one-off event, or a course. I waited long time to write this review as I wanted to keep this place a secret, but given the recent events I think that they deserve some good publicity that hopefully will keep them busy.

This place always has such a great vibe it was nice to see that hasn't been extinguished by lockdown. Fantastic wine selection offered up by very knowledgeable staff that are super friendly paired with a tasty cheese board to match. I always grab a bottle to take home of the best wine I tried that eve.

Our waitress Phyllis was so lovely and recommended the perfect wines for us. Reasonable price for fantastic tasting rare wines when sharing with friends. Could do with a slightly bigger selection of bites that are less salty. I love the events they host!

Great little spot! The bartenders know what they're talking about and the selection of wine is unparalleled. The atmosphere is relaxed and cozy. A great place to hang out, bring a date or just come alone and talk to the staff. They also host a number of events such as wine tastings, live drawing classes and even dungeons and dragons!

Lovely cozy spot, with a superb choice of wines, inspired tasting flights, and lots of board games to play. Their events and training offer is second to none too. We’ve completed the Tour de France course, and a couple of awesome tasting nights. Definitely worth a stop if you are in Streatham Hill!

Streatham Wine House is an excellent addition to the area. It's done well to fill the big shoes left by the popular Ilili restaurant that came before. Seating around 40, the concept is simple. Order wine by the flight (a taster), glass or bottle. The flight concept seems to work really well with most guests trying 3 flights served in a neat wooden glass holder. A really nice touch is the tasting notes with each glass of wine that you can keep. The wine list is extensive and carefully curated. They also have a small but well formed selection of beers and ciders. A small selection of meat and cheese is available. The salami and ham selection are very nice although the portions might be a little more generous. I think this is something they might want to test and expand in the future. The service was excellent, even on a busy night. The staff behind the bar were attentive and knowledgeable and polite to a wine novice like me. In summary , a strong new addition to the local area. It may need to extend the menu and look at other options to stay busy 7 nights a week but overall, a real hit.

Just so lovely and thoughtful- I accidentally left a Ted Baker Water bottle there- had no idea where I had left it. They realised it was me- and remembered to return it to me next time I was in. Just a lovely bunch of people you can happily chat to while waiting for a mate. Also the wine flights are a great way to learn what you like. And the njuda toastie is outstanding!

Fab place. Excellent wines and constantly adding new finds. Knowledgable staff to help you pick. The cheese and charcuterie is amazing. It’s always buzzing on the weekend so book unless you want to wait for a table to come free (which it won’t as people tend to settle in for the evening!)
