M. B.Had a very positive experience at this place. Was in the line and an old lady decided it was her day to be VIP and cut the line. I didn't say anything but after she was served the shop assistant apologised (he had nothing to apologise for). However karma was served as the lady soon had her card swallowed by the cash machine.
