Very friendly staff. Always up for a chat and welcoming. Reasonable range of alcohol for such a small store. Prices aren't too bad. 4* rather than 5* primarily because their opening hours seem to be variable and you can't rely on it being open when you visit.

I have been shopping here for 12 years. Very personal and friendly service with competitive prices. We should all support our smaller local businesses. I doubt there are any chains that will offer to get something for you from their wholesalers that they don't stock.
